With coordination with Medway, Transiting a/c will generally want to cut the corner of the airway route to avoid routing to TYN. What 2 routes are available for this?
Note: there are deemed separations for this and you should always consider delay to departures/arrivals to allow these transits to be achieved.

- For a/c using G21, these aircraft will be instructed to route TAM direct BRN (R163 TAM) direct SHARK, or vice versa.
- For a/c using R17, these a/c will be instructed to route HARDY direct BRN direct SHARK, or vice versa.

If the transit aircraft is at a level that is already occupied, and lateral separation cannot be achieved, what options do you have?
A
Issue the transiting aircraft a safe level and subsequently descended to the requested level.
