How can a TRANSIT aircraft be deemed separated against aircraft holding at EVN and also aircraft which have commenced the ILS instrument approach procedure to runway 26 (or passed either IAF inbound on RNP runway 26) ?
Transit aircraft must be established on TAM R163 and routeing BRN-SHK or routeing HARDY-BRN-SHK direct (or reciprocal tracks)

- aircraft have both passed the same exact reporting point on reciprocal tracks.
- aircraft are on tracks diverging by 45 degrees or more from a VOR
- In daytime only, visual sighting is reported by BOTH pilots.
- VOR lateral separation (15 degrees/15 Nm)
Northbound SIDs are deemed separated from which inbounds?
Aircraft inbound from SHARK or DRAKE to EVN, LEXUS or BRN.
When are aircraft inbound via TYN deemed separated from northbound SIDs?
When the inbound aircraft is on track EVN or COVEN and have passed TAM R095
