    > neutral (the company claims…) (not ur pov)
    > short and long paragraphs

  • refraining peoples words to argue your side, maybe tweets
  • Make references to other things to further express chaos

  • milk the situation — maybe add the military

Letters format

A
  • address on top right hand corner
  • address of person you write to should be written on the left, with the line underneath your address
  • date written on the right on the line after the address
  • sir, madam, mr, Mrs, Dr, etc…
  • if you don’t know the name: end with Yours faithfully
  • If you do know the name: end with Yours sincerely
  • sign your name under your signature
