Driving whilst disqualified - 8 Points
A person who, whilst disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence, who:
Obtains a licence, or drives a motor vehicle on a road is guilty of the offence
Driving whilst disqualified - Police Power - 10 Points
A constable may arrest without warrant any person-
Driving / having driven a motor vehicle on a road,
whom he/she has reasonable cause to suspect of being disqualified
Section 163 Road Traffic Act 1988 - Offences
Any person driving a mechanically propelled vehicle or riding a pedal cycle
on a road shall stop on being required to do so by a constable in uniform.

A person who, when driving or attempting to drive or in charge of a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place, is unfit to drive through drink or drugs

A person is guilty of an offence if they drive, attempt to drive or are in charge of:
A motor vehicle on a road or other public place after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in their breath, blood or urine exceeds the prescribed limit.
