What is the definition for Section 139 - Bladed Articles

A

It is an offence for a person to have with him any article which has a blade or is sharply pointed except a folding pocket knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority, the onus of proof being on the carrier.

This includes a folding pocket knife if the cutting edge of the blade exceeds 7.62cm (three inches),

or where the cutting edge is less than 7.62cm if the blade locks in the open position
