A

And

Or
He has consumed so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, blood or urine exceeds the prescribed limit
Or
He has in his body a specified controlled drug and the proportion of it in his blood or urine exceeds the prescribed limit for that drug
Or
He is, within 18 hours after that time, required to provide a specimen in pursuance of section 7, but without reasonable excuse fails to provide it
Or
He is required by a Constable to give his permission for a lab test of a specimen of blood taken from him under sec 7a but without reasonable excuse he fails to do so,
He is guilty of an offence.

What is a Traffic Offence Report?

A

Traffic Offence reports can be given for most traffic offences. They replace all road traffic FPN’s and can also be used instead of VDRS offences.

What is a NIP?

A

A NIP is used to notify the driver that they may be prosecuted for a driving offence. It can be issued verbally at the time of the offence or in writing within 14 days of the offence being committed.

A

A report for summons is used to notify the Offender that they are required to attend court for the offence stated. This is done either in person (when charged) or at a later date via a postal requistlition order.
