A person must not pursue a course of conduct that amounts to the harassment of another, and

He knows or ought to know it amounts to harassment.

Any person who purses a course of conduct that is in breach of section 1 is guilty of an offence

A person, who pursues a course of action which:

A) Involves the harassment of two or more persons, and
B) Which he knows or ought to know it involves harassment of those persons, and
C) By which he intends to pursuade any person not to do something that they are entitled or required to do, or
D) To do something that he is not under any obligation to do do.

Sec 4 - Protection again harassment act 1997 - fear of violence.

Answer 4

A person, whose course of conduct causes another to fear on at least 2 occasions that violence will be used against them commits an offence, if

They know or ought to know that their course of conduct will cause the other to fear violence on each of those occasions.

Must involve conduct on at least 2 occasions
Not restricted to actions can be speech
Does not have to be the same person or type of harassment.
