Betablockers (SR), CCBs (SR), bupropion, benzocaine, camphor, clonidine, TCAs, methanol, ethylene glycol, opioids, pesticides/herbicides/rodenticides, quinines, sulfonylureas, theophylline or caffeine, oil of wintergreen (salicylate)

Beta blockers, bupropion, CCBs, Lomotil, MAOIs, opioids, sulfonylureas.
