A
-CV/Resp Anaesthetics workup
Ix: FBE, CRP, UECs, Coag profile (APTT/INR), Urinalysis and culture
-Imaging: standing AP, lateral, patellofemoral, long leg, standing knee ext/45’ flexion

Contraindications to TKA?
A
- Knee sepsis
- Remote ongoing infection
- Extensor mechanism dysfunction
- Severe vascular disease
- Recurvatum deformity
- Well functioning knee arthrodesis
