1. Age, gender, ethnicity - certain disease have predilection for these things.
2. Symptoms - which you’ll have seen in history.
3. Signs - which you’ll have seen in exam.
4. Medical history and social history - carry out a Review of systems where relevant.
5. Management - what’s been used already and how effective was it? Who prescribed it? Was it OTC?
