A

A

A

Plates

A

Can refer to just flat or angle pieces of steel which are typically cut from stock materials. They are often used in assemblies which are steel pieces that have been welded with materials such as additional plates, rebar, nuts, DBAs, HCAs, etc.

A

A

Thin plates on the side of the member used to make a welded connection to another piece. Very frequently seen in Double Tees.
