What is the law with To-Go Alcoholic beverages?
A
They have to be opened by staff, in the restaurant, and re-sealed by staff before the guest walks out the door. This can be done by the cap itself, or the re-sealable plastic top with our logo on it. Liquor canNOT walk out the door in a coffee cup or to-go mug!
