1.5 oz Helix vodka, 3 oz grapefruit, garnish with lime wheel in large water glass with ice
Martini?
2 oz gin/vodka 1/2 oz of dry vermouth olive juice if dirty more gin/vodka and no vermouth if dry garnish with two olives shake and strain, serve in gold-rimmed martini glass no ice
Negroni?
1 oz campari, 1 oz Askur Gin, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, stir, top with orange twist, put in rocks glass with one big ice cube
Paloma?
half salted rim, 2 oz grapefruit juice, 2 oz Jose Cuervo tequila, top with club soda, garnish with lime wheel, serve in water glass with ice

2 oz cognac, 1 oz combier, 1/2 oz lemon juice, shake and strain, garnish with lemon twist and half sugar rim, serve in martini coup, no ice
Our Bloody Mary?
1 1/2 oz Helix vodka, 3 oz tomato juice, 1/2 lemon juice, 4-6 dash bitters, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 6 dashes tabasco, 1 oz pickle juice, 1/3 tsp horseradish, 6 drops jalapeño extract, celery salt, salt, pepper, garnish with celery stick, lemon wedge, cornichon on a skewer and red pepper on top, served over ice in a big glass mug
