contraindications
A
cautious when giving to people with:
- bladder outflow obstruction
- susceptibility to angle-closure glaucoma
- arrhythmia
- heart failure
- previous MI within 6 months

interactions
A
amphetamines (depresses CNS too much)
codeine (risk of adverse effects)
benzodiazepines e.g. diazepam
oxycodone (oxycontin)

A
dry mouth constipation cough headache nausea
can increase risk of infection, alter taste
