Time Sampling Flashcards
1
Q
What type of sampling is this apart of
A
Observational sampling
2
Q
When is observational sampling used
A
After using one of the other samples
3
Q
What does Time Sampling do
A
Observes/ records behaviours at a specific time and creates a mean score
4
Q
What are two ways of doing this research
A
Some-series of specific intervals to make their recording
Others- create series of intervals and record number of events in each interval
5
Q
WHats a strength
A
Shows how behaviour is spread out
Not overwhelmed with data
6
Q
What are some weaknesses
A
Limiting- could be more behaviours shown in between each interval
Quite complexed to organise
