What is this type of sampling
The target audience are divided into subgroups but they are then selected at the Convenience of the researcher

Identify the target population
What’s the 2nd stage
Identify the subgroups in the population
What’s the 3rd stage
Calculate how many people are needed in each subgroup
What’s the 4th stage
Select people opportunistically from each subgroup
What’s the 5th stage
Assess the proportion of subgroups in target population
What needs to be asked
Would they be willing to take part in the research
What’s the advantage of this
All of them will be in the sample
What are the 2 weaknesses
It’s more difficult for the researcher
