I prioritize, organize and delegate where I can. Tasks that haven’t been started, vs. tasks that I have prior knowledge on, or tasks that are more difficult or someone’s strength

List and organize tasks from most important to least important, communicate what can be accomplished in the time, whether there are resources I can utilize to help.
