- High voltage burns (>1000 volts)
- Serious crush injury
- Open dislocation or major compound fracture
- Fracture to 2 or more, tibia, femur, humorous
- Fractured pelvis

All patients get O2 therapy (hudson 5-10L/min), non-rebreather (10-15L/min)
