A
  • Blunt force injuries: serious to one body region or crucial body region (chest)
  • Limb amputation or limb threatening injury
  • Suspected spinal cord injury or spinal fracture
  • Burns >20% TBSA, (>10% 15-)
  • Burns to respiratory tract
  • High voltage burns (>1000 volts)
  • Serious crush injury
  • Open dislocation or major compound fracture
  • Fracture to 2 or more, tibia, femur, humorous
  • Fractured pelvis
