What is Business Master Data?
It stores all the information about the people who do business with us. Those people might be individual renters or homeowners. Names, communication preferences and other information that helps define these people in businesses lives within business Master data.
What is Technical Master Data?
It’s connected to places, addresses, meter types and other information about locations where we provide service makeup Technical Master Data.
What is FOP?

How does the master data connect with technical data?

What is SPOC?
It’s accesible thru homepage C/4Hanna or the hyperlink where customer appears. It stands for Single Point Of Contact.
What do we use SPOC for?
To deactivate user in order to change the email.
Why would the customer use SPOC?
When the customer claims the bill is incorrect they can go to SPOC to see the usage of electricity and the projected bill for the next period.
