It’s the platform upon which our system is based and it uses transaction codes.
What’s Business Master Data?
It refers to the core data entities that are essential for the operations of a business. (i.e. info about cx, ENA, suppliers and other key entities central to the functioning of the biz.)
What’s technical data?
It refers to foundational data essential for the operation of a system or organization. (i.e. device LOC, MTR details, data sources, etc.)
What’s exception mgmt?
Exception Management refers to the process of handling and resolving exceptional cases or situations that deviate from the standard or routine operations of a business.
What’s BPEM?
It stands for Business Process Exception Management. It’s a system with SAP that captures specific errors, warnings, success messages, or requests for work to be performed.
What does SAP stand for?
It stands for Systems Applications and Products in data processing.
What’s BDEx?
It stands for Business Data Exchange. It’s a system used to reseach accounts, respond to inquiries, and create and resolve BPEM Cases for front and back office personnel.
How would you describe the Installation?
It’s the type of service being provided, tied to the Premise
How would you describe C/4HANA?
It’s used primarily by the front office, often used to set up move ins and it’s cloud based.
What’s tied to the contract?
The BP or Business Partner.
What does the Launch FOP button do?
It allows you to access back office info and perform more complex S/4HANA tasks.
What are some examples of linked apps?
