A
Onset is slow--peak in 1-3 weeks Start at small dosage and gradually titrate upwards Hold the dose if HR is above 100 Replacement therapy is for life Single daily dose on an empty stomach Drug interactions Long term: decrease bone density Watch with antacids/calcium Assess cardiac risk factors
