What organ is most affected and would give you a clue that it is TTP?

Due to microvascular thrombosis
Neurological impairment often a clue in exams!

Treatment:
What transfusion would you do?
It may be congenital or acquired.
There is a deficiency of autoimmune attack of ADAMTS13 which usually cleaves VWF.
What other treatment may also be beneficial here?
A
Plasma exchange (PEX)
Immunosuppression - rituximab
