1 - Nil
2 - To pain
3 - To voice
4 - Spontaneous
Use the same principle as AVPU - voice before pain

What are the 5 grades?
A
1 - Nil 2 - Incomprehensible sounds 3 - Inappropriate words 4 - Confused conversation 5 - Orientated
Obviously sounds will be under words, at least they can talk instead of just grunting and making noise.

What is used to test the motor response from AVPU?
Which type of response is first to stop, flexor or extensor?
What are the 6 grades?

1 - Nil 2 - Extensor response to pain 3 - Flexor response to pain 4 - Withdrawing 5 - Localising to pain 6 - Obeying commands
