Q

What is the location of the transverse processes in relation to the corresponding spinous process for each of the Thoracic vertebrae?

A

RULE OF 3s

T1-T3 = SP and TPs are at the same level

T4-T6 = SP is located half a segment below the corresponding TPs
(T5 SP is located halfway between the TPs of T5 and T6)

T7-T9 = SP is located a full step below the corresponding TPs
(T8 SP is located at the level of the T9 TPs)

T10 = SP is located a full step below the corresponding TPs (same as T7-T9)

T11 = SP is located half a segment below the corresponding TPs (same as T4-T6)
