Motion Testing T1-6
Palpate T1-6 Use Head/Neck as a lever Sidebending: bring pt’s ear toward shoulder, evaluate end feel, one side and the other Rotation: Have pt turn head, note end feel, one side then the other
Motion Testing T7-12
Use trunk as a lever Monitor T7-12 Assess quality and range of motion in all planes
Prone Short Lever Segmental Rotation Motion Testing
Load and Spring rotation, prone Use thumbs to load into transverse processes, applying anterior pressure Rotation on hard end feel side
