Thermodynamics Flashcards

1
Q

what are the four laws of thermodynamics

A
  1. energy can neither be created nor destroyed
  2. the entropy of a closed system can only increase
  3. Entropy approached zeros as the temperature
    approaches zero
  4. if two systems are equal in temperature with a third system, the two initial systems are in thermal equilibrium. (Transitive property exists)
