Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT): Confrontational therapy that vigorously challenges peoples illogical, self-defeating attitudes and assumptions

Systematic: Relaxed state and slowly increase anxiety triggering stimuli
Flooding: Exposing people to their fear intensely and rapidly
Aversive Conditioning: Associates an unpleasant State with unwanted behavior
Token Economy: Using reinforcements to change/keep behavior

Client centered therapy, caring environment, non directive
Person-centered therapy: Active listening, empathetic/caring environment

Unconditional positive regard: Nonjudgmental attitude, helps develop self awareness and acceptance
