- Peni allergie of MRSA: Vancomycine 1gr IV (40-50 mg/kg)

+ 1,5 gr metronidazole (30 mg/kg) bij gepland openen van darmen
- Te herhalen op uur 8 en 16

Acute wondinfectie

• Flucloxaciline 4x1 gr IV 100 mg/kg/dag

Amoxyciline/ Clavulaanzuur 4 x 1gr IV

Piperaciline/ Tazobactam 3 x 4 gr/ 500mg IV

Clostridium difficile colitits
