  • includes our thoughts, beliefs, desires and meoions and how mnetal state effects behavior
  • at age 4 children now recognize that there are doffreent perspectives and viewpoints
  • they recgoznise that appearance is misleading and deceptive
  • APpearance-reaity is a task to tesk how a child can distinguish reality versus representation

  • A part of the critcial thinking process referring specifically to the processes of analyzing and making judgments about what has happened
  • An adult will use evidence and reasoning, question their knowledge and beliefs, to search for conclusions that make sense; when they are thinking and decision making
