1) Familiarising w/ communication by going over it
2) Not down any key info within communication through examination
3) Look for themes throughout the key points
4) Test validly of themes by carrying out more analysis

A
Researcher would present a summary w/ justifications and conclusions as to why the themes fit the data
can use quotes as evidence
