Sec 1 theft act Theft
A person is guilty of theft if they dishonestly appropriate property belonging to another with the intent of permanently depriving it
Sec 8 Theft Act Robbery
Guilty of robbery if they steal and immediately before or during, use force on any person or puts someone in fear of force being used
Sec 9 Theft Act Burglary
A person is guilty of burglary if they enter a building as a trespasser and with intent to commit such offence

Guilty if they commit any burglary and at the time has with him any weapon

Twocking
without consent of the owner taking any conveyance for their or another’s use or knowing that a conveyance has been taken without consent and drives it or allows themselves to be carried in or on it

It’s an offence to take a bicycle without consent of the owner or other lawful authority or knowing it has been taken to ride on it
