Section 1 Rape
commits an offence if
he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth with his penis.

Section 2 sexual penetration
commits an offence if; intentionally penetrates the vagina or anus of another person (in a part of his body or anything else; the penetration is sexual; B does not consent to the penetration; and A does not reasonably believe that B consents
Section 3 sexual touching (assault)
commits an offence if they intentionally touches another person the touching is sexual
Non consensual
does not reasonably believe that V consent
Section 4 Causing a person to engage in sexual activity -
• A person (A) commits an offence if
a) he intentionally causes another person (B) to engage in an activity,
b) the activity is sexual,
c) B does not consent to engaging in the activity, and
d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents
S61 Administering a substance with intent

A person (A) commits an offence if he intentionally administers a substance to, or causes a substance to be taken by, another person (B) a) knowing that B does not consent, and b) with the intention of stupefying or overpowering B, so as to enable any person to engage in a sexual activity that involves B
S63 Trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence
A person commits an offence if - (a) he is a trespasser on any premises, (b) he intends to commit a relevant sexual offence on the premises, and (c) he knows that or is reckless as to whether he is a trespasser.
S66 Exposure
A person commits an offence if— (a) he intentionally exposes his genitals, and (b) he intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress
