What causes the water to evaporate?
A
The suns heat

How is a cloud formed?
A
Higher up where the air is cooler, the water vapour condenses into millions of water droplets which form a cloud.

Why does it rain?
A
When the water droplets in the cloud get bigger, some of the water falls as rain, we call this precipitation.

How is snow formed?
A
In clouds where it is really cold the water vapour freezes and for s snow.

What happens to the run off water that falls to the ground after it has rained ?
A
It flows into a river or the sea.
