Mobilized towards war efforts which took priority of everything else

Submarines, machine guns, tanks, poison gas and planes
Gallipoli campaign
British, Austria Hungary, New Zealand, & French troops made assaults on the Gallipoli peninsula, but Turkish troops defended the region. It was a bloody statement

Russian involvement
•They invaded Germany & Austria
-Germany defeated them right away, Russia won 2 battles before they were defeated by Austria .
•Russia was not industrialized & short on supplies, but had a BIG army.
US Entry (unrestricted submarine warfare and Zimmerman note)
Submarine warfare- a policy that submarines would sink w/o warning any ship in the waters around Britain
Note- a telegraph stating that Germany would help Mexico “reconquer” the land it lost to the US if they allied with Germany

Rationing is when people were only allowed to buy limited amount of products and items that were also needed

Is one sided information designed to pursue the public and it’s keep moral & support for the war
