What is self awareness?
A set of beliefs we have about our personal attributes, composed of self schemas.
Not all self-cocepts are equally accesible, it depends on theperson, it depends on the situation.
What is self esteem?
An overall subjective evaluation or perception a person has about themselves. This evaluation can encompass various aspects, including cognitive (thoughts about oneself), affective (emotions related to self-perception), and behavioral (actions related to self-concept) components.
Mainly shaped by a complex slef-concept and pos social influence
How do you raise self esteem?
-Have a realist self concept
-Minimize the importance of successes according to oneself
-Maximize the importance of successes accoring to oneself
Self monitoring what is it?
Our tendency to regulate our behaviour depending on social situation.
- More present when others have high social statuses
-Especially in peopel who have poor self monitoring

The rep of our knowlegde about ourselves including our beliefs, our personality, our physical characteristic, our skill and goals

What is Deindividualization?
Deindividuation refers to the process by which individuals lose their sense of individual identity and personal responsibility when they become part of a group or crowd. In simpler terms, it’s like blending into a crowd and feeling less accountable for your actions

Social influence refers to the impact others have on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, shaping our self-perception and identity.
