The Safety of Society and the Unity of Its Members Sūrat al-Hujurāt (11 - 13)

Ridiculing or mocking is not allowed

Allah forbade mocking or making fun of each other as the other person can be better than us in terms of piety & taqwa also it can cause hatred for each other.

The assumptions are prohibited as they stand on false thoughts, they do not have solid roots and they can destroy relationships. Spying can break the trust between the individuals.

And do not insult one another:

Insulting and degrading is not allowed in Islam as it can create chaos and hatred for each other.

Do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames:

We should not call each other by offensive or teasing names, calling the beautiful names and honoring others is the way of Quran & Sunnah.

This ayah is the lesson for us to understand that Islam is against discrimination and racism and we are all one in humanity. There is no preference based on colour, cast or region, we are divided and distributed into different tribes and zones so that we can identify each other.

• Trust & honesty will bond the people.
• Nobody will be bullied for his looks and appearance.
• There will be financial stability as a result of trusting each other.
