What happened when the Nazis began to lose seats?

A

November 1932 - lost 34 seats
Replaced Papen as chancellor with Schleicher who tried to cause division in Nazi party by asking Straaser to be vice-chancellor - Hitler stopped him accepting.
Schleicher would go if he failed to get majority so made a deal with Hitler.
January 1933 - Hindenburg persuaded to swap Schleicher for Hitler as chancellor - said would be able to control Hitler. Was wrong.
March 1933 - another election to make Nazis stronger
