Applies to all statutory and private schools and colleges as well as universities. Over seas students are the only exception. Therefore educational establishments to charge higher fees for overseas students.

Including people serving in public office or on committees. Trade unions and professionals associations cannot refuse to let people join, provide different benefits, facilities and services or apply different terms of membership.

Housing

Includes renting, managing, sub letting, buying or selling accommodation, illegal to discriminate by making members of a different ethnic group or make them pay extra charges. The only exception is In private selling.

The act covers discrimination between any racial group, including between majority and minority groups as well as different minority groups
