A

A

A

Lance Cpl. and Cpl. who positively demonstrate the potential motivation and to satisfactorily discharge the duties of a small unit leader will be promoted. The CMC will control the number of Marines to be promoted to corporal and Sgt. through the use of automated composite score

A

Eligibility requirements for private first class and Lance Cpl.

A

Promotion is at commanders discretion, time in Service and time in grade must be met, must demonstrate maturity leadership and professionalism, meet professional military education requirements.

A

Lance Cpl. time in grade 8 months, time in service nine months.
