What did Heraclitus say about change:

There are two types of change:
-Transformation:
-Transforming over a lifespan
-Through the contradiction between identity and difference
Generation:
-Being and not being (nothingness)

A source of benefit but also a source of danger, always changing and never the same
Parmenides:
