What is free will?
We respond actively to our environment and can choose our own course of action, responsibility for our own behaviour, we are in control of our own happiness, not determined by internal and external pressures

Human goodness and excellence is as important as distress and disorders, positive behaviours are as authentic as negative ones
What are the six virtues?
Wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, transcendence
How does the authenticity of goodness and excellence believe that you can experience authentic happiness?
By exploiting and applying your signature strengths in your everyday life
