What is the out of Africa theory?
A
The out of Africa theory is a theory that Homo sapiens moved around because of the need for resources and shelter due to natural disasters, (forced migration), while superseding other species, homo Erectus and homo Neanderthals.

When did it happen?
A
During the ice age is when they started to migrate in search of food and shelter and water, this was about 70,000 years ago.

There is a lot of evidence of migration such as cave art, rock houses, open campsites and maddens (rubbish dumps).
