Explain Mintzberg’s Thesis
Traditional scientific concepts and the concepts of several “Management Gurus” have a common characteristic: they focus on individual perspectives or aspects, core elements or instruments of management. More than one concept being correct allows for the adoption of a holistic view, a dynamic and adaptive understanding of General Management.
