Q

If Ms. Hancock was acknowledged by Charlotte, do you think the story would’ve played out differently? What do you think would’ve happened?

A

If Ms. Hancock purposely stepped onto the street, then I think a small act of kindness from Charlotte could prevent her from committing suicide. However, there is no way to prevent an accidental death.
