there is an intertextual ref through the character of Prime. Prime references the matrix by calling Moss ‘The one’. Also through his costume of a dark black coat and black sunglasses which mimic the main characters costumes in the film.

He is counter typical as he is shown as not strong or brave. He conforms to the nerd by lacking in confidence, dressing smart in brown and unfashionable shirts.
