A private network based on international concepts and tools that is contained within an organisation

The main purpose of Intranet Is to share company information and computing resources among employees

An Intranet can also be used to facilitate working in groups and for teleconferences

It is generally confined to our hospitality organisation such as a hotel for its internal use permitting access to private network areas by individuals who are employed or otherwise affiliated with hospitality organisation

A private network that uses Internet technology and the public communication system to securely share part of businesses information or operations with suppliers, benders, partners, customers or other businesses

An extranet can be viewed as part of the companies intranet that is extended to users outside the company

He can then permit access to private areas of hospitality organisations network for individuals who are not employed or a company affiliates

It has also been described as a state of mind in which the Internet is perceived as a way to do business with other companies as well as to sell products to customers
