What is the Intellectual property act?
The intellectual property act is a law which encourages the creation of a wide variety of intellectual goods.
What do we mean by intellectual property?
It gives a person certain exclusive rights to a distinct type of creative design, meaning that nobody else can copy or reuse that creation without the owner’s permission.
How is it protected?
The intellectual property act protects creators by using copyright law. This allows for the creator to gain all the profit without having to deal with a fraud creator gaining lost profit.
