nepal

A

nepal in the begining was a monarchy country. it stated theat the final authority lies in with the nepali king
the peopl kept a pause to the kings power in 2002 but the next knig again took over with the help of army. this led to a movement by the people for democracy. this movement ended the kings power in 2006. nepal adopted a new constitution and declared democracy in 2015

  1. federalism: is the system of government where power is dirstributed between central authoruties and the political units.
  2. parliamentry form of government: this means that the people of india have the direct role in electing their representatives.

3.seperation of power: the constitution says that each of the organ should have different power. hence, each organ acts as a chck on each other.

  1. fundfamental rights: they are the basic human rights.

secularisma secular state is one which doesnt promote a single relegion
