Zeus, on Olympus, deciding to send a false dream to Agamemnon in order to fulfil his promise to Thetis.

He took Agamemnon’s sceptre and spoke kindly to the men, hitting any commoners who shouted at him, and reminding them of the positive signs at Aulis.

She carries an aegis through the crowds of men and puts the spirit of battle into their hearts.
