A
The global movement of water between (and linking together) the atmosphere, land and ocean = a closed system

Grand water storage (aquifer), soil storage, atmospheric storage, surface storage (lakes rivers), ocean storage

What are the flows in the hydrological cycle
A
Infiltration, ground water flow, surface runoff

What could an input include (in the cycle)
A
Precipitation- Rain, hail, snow, sleet, rain

What could cause a surface runoff
A
Oversaturated ground, lack of drainage, steep hills, very intense rainfall, impermeable surface (sun baked, urban surfaces, rock type of area), lack of vegetation
